We divide the production process of silicone rubber components into seven simple steps. Before starting production, we confirm the specifications based on the samples or finished products provided by the customer. The formulation of the product's raw materials and its physical properties, as required by the customer, are also very important.

In the product manufacturing process, there are also many intricate management procedures and issues that need constant attention, such as mold maintenance, material adjustments, and testing, etc.
